My aim was to get stronger and I have definitely achieved this over the past few months. Lots of squats and lunges along with free weighs to train my arms have worked a treat. I like to mix it up and do mainly circuit classes now and have seen a vast improvement over the last few months. I'm not a gym lover or cardio lover but weights was the only thing that actually shifted some pounds.
